I have a rig that runs a 1700X that I feel like is getting long in the tooth as some games I run on it at 1080p minimums aren’t as good as I want them to be and I plan to run 144Hz 1080p soon on it. I was looking at the 3700X but price wise not looking to pay that much for a backup . What do you guys of think about that 2700X or 3600(X) as I upgrade. GPU wise it’s running a RTX 2070.
