Mickey: 1440p VA 165Hz Asus monitor for £220/254USD Yah or Nah?

I been looking to replace my Asus ROG Strix XG27UQ 4K IPS for sometime now because it also consums about 90watts when powered on and I want to go down to 1440p because well I am getting holder even with glass 4K is still a lot of pixel I don't use and cost a lot to get over 60fps.
