Mickey: Would an Xeon e3-1225 bottleneck my RX 580 8GB, while I wait for ryzen 3rd gen?

Xeon e3-1225 LGA 1155, 4 cores and 4 threads paired with an rx 580 8gb.
I plan to get the ryzen 5 3600.
Would I be able to get 75 fps (or 60..) on low to medium, or even high at these settings?
I plan to play like, cs:go, for honor, fortnite, apex legends, etc.
I think I'd be able to get at least 60 fps on low.

side note: really excited for 3rd gen, according to this article I read the ryzen 5 3600 will have 8 cores and 16 threads and is able to be OCed to 4.4GHZ...
