Mickey: Windows cannot find ... file name (any .mp3) File association problem

i have one problem with my files of my hardisks

my problem is that i dont understand what causes the problem

i have a lot of files of mp3 and also movies files but when i go example in one file

mp3 or avi file example windows shows me one message

and i dont know how to solve it
