Bought HP Pavilion dv7 with HD screen in 2012. Been a great system. Zero problems. [I posted my specs.] This HP has a max of 1920x1080 pixels and 60 Hz refresh rate. It has 4 USB 3.0 ports and HDMI/VGA. I also ordered it with both the Integrated graphics card and a 2nd accelerated NVIDIA Graphics processor.
