Trying to figure out what is going on with a new budget build. I can verify that the PSU, GPU, storage, and RAM are all good (they work fine currently or worked before). That leaves my issues down to one of two things, the board or CPU. The board is a brand new ASUS B550-A Wifi II, the CPU is a used Ryzen 3600. On first install, everything went fine.
