Mickey: whea_uncorrectable_error, error Kernel-Power 41, BSOD ... all from PSU eco mode...

So .. for the last few weeks, I have been having issues with my PC.

Win10/64
X570 Master.
Gskill Neo 3600 C16 4x16 = 64gb DDR4
Ryzen 9 5900x
RTX 3070ti
SN750 2Tb
Evga G5 750w.

So .. About to weeks ago my computer started getting Random whea_uncorrectable_error BSOD. And I do mean random. I would play Rocket League for like 2 hours no issues. Come back and get the Whea on start up of Rocket League. Restart comp , launch it again and play for 30mins - 2 hours at a time no issues...
