Mickey: What to buy for generating/manipulating very large 2D images

I like creative coding and I want to buy a new computer with two 27-inch 4K monitors. In addition to processing/java, golang and julia, I mainly use javascript to create 2D images in the browser on a large canvas. Sometimes as large as 23622 pixels by 11811 pixels (200cm by 100cm @ 300ppi). I don't play games and I don't use 3D programs (eg Blender).
