so i bought another 10400f because it was on a sale on amazon. it is a new and sealed CPU. the problem is the following. i get random 1 pixel "thick" horizontal lines on the screen when i alt tab out of something. i get artifacts in games, weird behaviour like texture warping (when something looks more like a bunch of shurikans stacked into each other) and game crashes. the only way to fix it is setting VCCIO/SA to "Auto" and that is almost 1.4v for both as soon as the system agent goes...
