Mickey: upgrading CPU 3900XT to 5950X

    as title states, upgrading CPU to 5950X

    recommended steps needed to do? Or I can just pull out and put the new CPU?

    my MOBO is Asus Crosshair viii hero wifi
    Bios 3801
    fTPM enabled for windows 11.

    OS: dual boot Windows 11 and Linux

    I dont worry about Linux. What worries me is breaking windows 11 Mickey: upgrading CPU 3900XT to 5950X [​IMG]
