I am looking for a program similar to cpu power gui that is on linux, i used it and my temps were better and im looking for a alternative for windows (i am using a dual boot system) My cpu is thermal throttling and i have tried intel xtu and throttlestop and none of them worked, ive also checked the bios for any cpu undervolting settings and i cant find any.
