Mickey: Touchpad lag while being in battery mode

i have this problem, i just bought lenovo L390 so whenever i unplug the type C AC adapter and start working in battery mode i realize that the touchpad has became too laggy and when i plug in the type C AC adapter everything is back to normal, not enough power supply maybe to touchpad? also tried many things like uninstalling the driver and go into power management to disable power saver feature in device manager, i even put maximium energy for battery in bios, is it the hardware fault? the...
