Mickey: Throttle Stop or other software with prochot set manually

My processor i3 3630qm prochot 105C, but my cooler not works correctly.
On 2.4Ghz no problem, when set 2.8Ghz restart arent frequently.

I would like to set manually prochot temperature to 102C, on 105c my computer restarting.
When i use PROCHOT BD procesor working on 1.2GHz.

There is option to change profile on temperature
only DTP (max. 70, dont know what its for)
GPU i set max. to 85C
Needed option CPU to max/ 102C
