Mickey: The processor fan speed is the same speed even at idle no less?

    hello,
    The processor fan speed is the same speed even at idle no less?!
    The processor fan is connected to 4 pins.
    SpeedFan program does not detect the processor fan.
    I didn't find the option to change the CPU fan speed from the BIOS.
    Motherboard AFOX 85.
