Mickey: System is slow after playing for 100+ minutes per session of ARC Raiders specifically

I am facing issues with ARC Raiders, specifically when playing for 100+ minutes and alt tabbing from time to time, simply muting and unmuting myself on Discord, opening and closing Chrome, Task Manager, Windows Explorer, any program really has considerable delays of up to 5 seconds or more with occasional micro freezes when opening said programs. This behaviour persists even after the game is completely closed, but happens intermittently.
