Mickey: some laser printer under 100€ that doesn't break itself and with cheap refills?

I used to have some inkjet printer by epson, all shared the same problems, all thrown in the trash

I wanted to try some laser printers because it looks like that I can transfer prints to whatever material with some acetone/rubbing alcohol; and besides that looks like that they are less prone to problems and the refills do last longer (?)
