I received this dead card/not detected on pc from one of my customers. The story begins, nearby have local pc shop they said isn't fixable. So I have a closer look and I was shocked the PCB has been repaired by hot air gun.( The owner said ) Look at the fan headers almost melted. I suspected one of the fuse has blown. The green marked fuse has been tested with multi tester and it has continues continuity but the bottom one with orange marked been tested as well but no continuity it has...
