The game in question is Echo Point Nova. It recently got an expansion which I was excited to play but I'm seeing lots of stutter. Now, I tried two different computers and nothing I did in the graphics settings alleviated the stuttering problem. Nevertheless, the dev says noone on the game's discord has brought this issue up and it runs fine on his test computers.
