Mickey: ryzen 2700x new OS install random freezes and blue screen

Hi, got ryzen today installed it everything fine system installs no prpblem temperatures normal under 50. But when checking hwmonitor it shows that woltage is jumping from 0.9 to 1.5 all time and cores are automatically boosting up to 4.2. if i dont do anything nothing happens when i start to install something like new app it freezes and sometimes after bsod. Maybe its m.2 ssd that actually freezes system? Will try with my old ssd to install will see if it same, running stock cou cooler
