The massive chip shop, due to start serving in 2024, will use a 5nm process, consume 20,000 silicon wafers a month, and potentially cost the company $12 billion.

So this confirms it basically... we most likely will see another refresh of 7nm products next year, and then 7nm EUV products in 2022-2023... this building isn't even set to be done until 2024... so yeah...
