Mickey: PC SOMETIMES reboots when coming back to monitor OFF

My PC seems to be working fine - MOSTLY - except one thing:

When I go AFK long enough that my monitor is turned off (it's set to 25 minutes and my PC's sleep mode delai is set to "NEVER"), when I come back, SOMETIMES, not always, it reboots spontaneously.

Weird thing is, I get an AMD notice pop-up when it reboots that the default power settings have been reset due to a hardware fault. I have not changed any OC'ing or cooling settings at all, the card is at full default. Maybe I should take...
