Hello guys! A friend of mine has a problem with his PC. It started happening recently, no new hardware or software has been installed. When he presses "Shutdown" in the start menu, the PC shuts off normally. When he presses "Restart", the PC says "restarting", gets a black screen, the keyboard and mouse die, but the PC keeps running and he has to force shutdown and then start it again.
