Mickey: Painting the tops of my CPU heatsink fans, what kind of paint do I use that is safe?

My PC is an all white/silver theme for this build aka the System Name = Paladin.

I have a white heatsink for CPU, but two black fans for push/pull, Arctic Storm 120mm fans.

Now, I don't want to paint the entire fan, just the top bit, and a little around the sides, (I won't be touching the fan blades at all, or anything else at all)... just what will mostly be visible once it is installed, but even then not all of it, just the top half/outside... and avoiding a small stretch that would...
