Mickey: No GPU image on Asus motherboard F1A75M

I have an old motherboard Asus F1A75-M/CM1740/DP_MB with an AMD A6 3620 APU, 16GB of mem and my idea was to resurrect it as a Linux gaming machine for experimental purposes, so I stuck a spare RX 580 8GB in but don't get any video signal at all, either with DP or HDMI.
