I'm reading this off the molex connector with a load of three +12V fans: Silverstone SST-AP182 (15.6 watts), Nidec TA500 127x50 (32.4 watts), delta FFB1312EHE 127x38mm (32.88 Watts). The +12V line is just above 12V but the +5V line is reading 4.97V and there's basically no load on the +5V line. All my other PSU's (seasonic Focus GM850 and a Rosewill Capstone 750 Watt 80 Plus Gold read above 5V on the +5V line even when under load.
