Mickey: New cpu ? Delay on some websites

I have an i5 13600kf with 32gb 6400 mhz cl 32 memory oced to 6600mhz and lower Bank Cycl Times (tras) 52 + a rtx 5060 ti 16gb

kingston kc3000 m.2 ssd, should be fine when im surfing on the internet, 1000/1000 + chrome and yes i do use adblock, so much distraction without add blocks

Problem is sometimes i click on a link or next page and NOTHING happens, even after 10 sec nothing happens, finally after 15-20 sec the page starts to load

Im like wtf, i have a fast enough pc,internet
