I just wanted to share my Razer customer service story with you all. This is just my experience but I thought it would be interesting to tell. I'll keep it short as I can I've owned 2 Razer mice and 2 Razer mouse pads. All 4 of these have malfunctioned so as not to work properly anymore (mice) or in the case of the mouse mats (Vespula and Xact mat) have fallen apart just past the warranty period.
