Mickey: MSI GS75 Stealth Fan Blows Off AT Max then shuts down WHEN STARTING A GAME

as the title says

i noticed at some point when i finally came back to gaming
when starting a game full screen (and some times video encoding)

when on silent or BALANCED profile using dragon center, after a short while SUDDENLY the max will blow air at MAX SPEED then windows will shut down (NO BLUE SCREEN OR ANY ERRORS) does that mean something is overheating or what ?? i even noticed even at max fan speed this can sometimes happen !
