Mickey: MSI B85M E45 ETHERNET NOT WORKING NO POST

MSI B85M E45 no post Ethernet not working fans spin .i took all the ram out i got some beeps , put one ram in no beeps ,the PSU connectors are connected properly. The PC does not shut down without pressing the power button a few times.The Ethernet cable is working properly in another PC.A I mentions it could be the PSU it is not that old a EVGA so that can,t be the problem.Previously it did not work when i put another GPU in there A 580 4GB.After taking the 1070 GPU out there for my Ryzen...
