Mickey: MACPRO 3,1 booting windows

helllo
i was gifted a 3,1 pro with a hd 5770 *mac edition* in it
idk what to do with it but i am trying to install windows i haven't been able to get anything to boot and show me a display output. windows 10 uefi doesn't show me anything neither does bios.
ive even tried booting it from opencores booter still nothing.
although i read that later windows builds broke that so im downloading an older build.
although ive read that this can be related to the gpu and using the mini display...
