I have own a few HDR monitor/TV before and they all have done some sort of black out for a second or 2 depending on what im using. This one is hooked up to my computer and if i recall correctly i remember this doing it from the very begining. It has not happend during a game only in windows. Im hoping it is just a HDCP issue.
