Mickey: Lenovo Thinkbook fan behaviour

Hi. I recently bought a Thinkbook with a Core 5 210H, 16GB of RAM and a 500GB M.2. My question is about the fan behaviour. The thing is that the fan kicks in whenever it wants and not when its needed. For example, i ran CB R23 and the fan didn't kick in at all, in fact, temps went up to 95 degrees C and after a single run of the software, the temps started to go slowly down passively and then the fans kicked in and started to drop down fast.
