Mickey: Laptop question about freezing/random rebooting (Lenovo ThinkPad L14 G2A)

Almost a month ago I picked up a Lenovo ThinkPad L14 G2A laptop for £59 with a really weird issue and it doesn't matter if I run Arch Linux or Windows 11 Pro or IoT Enterprise LTSC the laptop will randomly freeze or reboot out of no where and logging shows anything either in Arch or Windows even Lenovo has failed to fix this laptop they had it in for over 2 weeks where they have changed the motherboard and keyboard because they thought they where problem but the issue still persists.
