Mickey: Laptop (MSI GS70 Stealth) not powering on after replacing thermal paste

Hi TPU geniuses!

I need some help! I have an old MSI GS70 Stealth laptop that I just replaced the thermal paste on for both the CPU & GPU. After doing that and re-assembling the laptop, the system will not power on. I ensured that I was extremely careful when disconnecting and re-connecting all of the internal ribbon cables so as not to damage them.
