I've been experiencing stutters on my laptop for a couple of months for no apparent reason. Games, Youtube videos, normal tasks, everything stutters. First it was just Rocket League stuttering a little, but now games like Minecraft are also, as well as Youtube videos every few minutes. I checked CPU temperatures which seem to be fine.
