Mickey: Laptop keys not working/acting weird after 3years of non-use

I was resurrecting a laptop that has been packed away for 3ish years. Some of the keys are not working.
And when i press these keys, it seems that the end key is being held down. This is what was reported by keyboardtester.

Applying some heat from the hair dryer and cleaning the keyboard contact with alcohol and cotton swab has cleared up all the alphabets atleast and the numpad.
However 3, direction keys, 9, 0, and most of the function keys dont work. Pressing hard doesnt seem to work...
