Mickey: Keys in a line are going bad on my laptop

So my old laptop is great but I can't sell it due to one issue: keys in a straight line are all having issues.

This happens with all the keys in the line: 3, E, D, C.

Sometimes when I am typing, the key just doesn't register. I have to type it 3 or 4 times for it to show up. Sometimes the key gets sent twice in quick succession (like DD instead of just D).

Is this a motherboard trace issue? The laptop is the old HP Envy X360 model(15m-dr1012dx).
