Mickey: Keyboard pressing down on fan in laptop?

So I went to some guy because the fans in my MSI laptop were making a very loud noise, and he switched them out. I got it back and realized it still sounded a bit weird, so I asked him about it and he said the keyboard was pressing down on the fans making them scrape. He made it a bit better but not perfect.
