Mickey: Kernel-Power (41) and Kernel-Processor-Power (37)

hello, I have just assembled a new system and since the day I assembled it, I get a black screen at the slightest load and the fans of the video card start spinning at full speed. on top of that, I replaced the 600w psu with a 700w one, but the problem still persists, I updated BIOS, turned off xmp settings, turned off fast boot, none of these have been solved, I would be very grateful if you can help, you can reach my old thread from my profile.
