Mickey: It is 2025, you have a PCI slot you really want to fill, what do you stick in it?

Not a terribly serious thread since it is just a silly idea I have, but: I have a museum piece of a system based on a Core 2 Extreme X6800. It has an unused PCI slot (another PCI is blocked by the bottom case fan, the PCIe x16 has a GPU and the PCIe x1 slot has a WiFi card) and for some weird reason I just want to fill it. What should I try to stick into it? The only real limitation is that whatever it is, it needs to have a Win10 driver available as the system is running W10 IoT LTSC...
