Mickey: Is there some Online PC Hardware stores that can deliver custom builded PC in US

Hi,
I would like to know if anyone knows a Online Hardware Store like NEWEGG where I can chose each components myself and can get a additional build-up service. I do not live in U.S but my son does, I would like to get a computer for him ready to use but with the right components.
