Mickey: Is my gpu dying or my monitor

lately i have been getting random black screens, and sometimes they stay and when i restart my computer, it goes back to the desktop but i can't see anything. Getting the monitor display message , and sometimes when i put the mini display port into another site, it may come back on. my monitor is SE2722H

So a few mins ago i was playing a game and when i swtich to full screen mode, monitor went black again, when it came back, i got this message
