Mickey: Is my Cpu Dead? Android VM loading Crash

I have Ryzen 9 7900
64GB RAM
RTX 3080 12GB

Ok here's wierd issue, i was coding with Android studio, for about few hrs, and i switched to a different project, and started a new emulator, immediately my pc crashed, wtf it tripped off no bsod.

I thought it has to be amd's poor virtualisation support.
I cold booted my pc, it loaded into windows and immediately I opened task manager and I see windows tasks running name "resume" "webview" something and within few seconds pc immediately tripped...
