Mickey: is it worth using hair dryer for solder reflow of rca jack and hdmi port?

my monitor hdmi port probably has a bent pin because it causes flicker with nvidia display container service enabled

my speakers rca jack is loose, it happened even a while ago when i even had warranty but i overlooked it and always used to settle wire in certain way so it works.

I know this sounds stupid and i am taking advice to not repeat the old mistake. Is there any easy method to fix both? i would be glad if there is because i am not comfortable with opening them up myself.
