Mickey: Intel CC150 Submission for Forum

Hello! Apologies if this is in the incorrect forum spot, have been a lurker here for many years but never posted.

I have a CPU that is not listed in the CPU Specs Database section of the website and I am wondering what the process is for submitting a CPU to the CPU specs Database? Is anyone able to do that or are only approved site admins capable of doing that? The CPU is an Intel CC150 with one picture below from me and the second courtesy of CPU-Z Validator.
