Mickey: I’m looking for the ideal mouse for my unusual grip

Hey, I’m looking for the ideal mouse for my unusual grip shown in the picture. My hand size is 18×9cm. I mainly play FPS games, especially CS2, where I use 800 DPI and 1.20 sensitivity. My mouse pad is the Artisan Type-99.

I’m left-handed, but I don’t need side buttons at all. As you can see in the picture, is this some kind of unusual palm grip or something else? What mouse would you recommend? zowie fk2-dw? atk a9 air? or something else?
