Hi! i5 8400H (2.5ghtz boost 4.2 ghtz) overheat under full stress or while gaming, reaching 99c with clock 4ghtz new bios doesnt let me undervolting, i cleaned my laptop hp Zbook 17 G5 and changed the thermal paste my questions : can i call these a thermal throttling despite no drop in clock? is it normal for these cpu to overheat under load? why the cpu is overheating so much ? is it safe to use it like that (while gaming)? should i undergrade the bios so i can undervolt the cpu? and how...
