Mickey: i5-8250U randomly dropping to 400-600MHz under load.

My Dell Inspiron 7472 randomly started having an issue where when the CPU is under load, every once and a while it'll crash halt's the CPU frequency, I turned off DPTF, and back on and the issue persisted, I also repasted the CPU prior to these issues, and when DPTF is enabled it usually sits below 80°, Not sure whats going on but I'm hoping my system isn't reaching the end of its life.
