Mickey: i need you honest opinion please

Hey guys
I'm planning to build my new rig after 10 years
I have main monitor which is 32 inch 4k oled
and i also have a ps5 and im currently in the middle of software eginerring bootcamp
I do want a pc that i feel that it is advanced , up to date and im able to play comp and some story games in high settings , and also involve some 1080p video editing
but I dont want to spend a lot of money
on the performance area im in charge
