Mickey: I need help with my computer. Not sure what's happening but I get really bad...

So I've had this computer for a while and I've finally given up on trying to figure out whats wrong with it. I get bad frame stuttering in pretty much every game I play. Even when I play minecraft, when loading in something it will stutter like a mule. I need help finding out the solution to my build. Thanks.
